HIVMirror believes that you have a right to total privacy when it comes to your genetic code. We are completely committed to maintaining you anonymity, so that your HMO in particular does not know your result.

Your credit card will be billed under the name "Genetic Test" which will appear on your credit card statement.

Shipping and Taxes Policy

  • A shipping charge of $4.99 per kit is added to addresses anywhere in the United States.
  • For international orders, please call us directly at 215-336-2336 for assistance.
  • 7% tax is added to every order.

Refunds policy

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • If the saliva sample provided can not produce a valid test result, a second collection device will be sent to the customer once:
    • the customer is notified by email
    • a response is received from the customer to resend a second collection device
  • If the second saliva sample provided can not produce a valid test and it is the fault of the lab a full refund will be provided.
  • No refunds will be issued after 45 calendar days from time of purchase unless there was a delay by HIVmirror beyond four (4) weeks for processing from time of sample receipt) or the first sample provided could not produce a valid test result.
  • No refunds will be given if HIVmirror determines the that the saliva sample provided by the customer has be doctored or was unusable due to the customers fault.
  • All communications from HIVmirror regarding refunds and samples must be responded to within 7 days or the right to a refund is forfeited.
