1. Order the test kit at HIVmirror.com
Purchase the kit with a credit card or with Pay Pal. An email address will be required. International orders should contact us directly at 215-336-2336.

2. Saliva collection kit is mailed to you
The kit is mailed in an anonymous unmarked envelope to the shipping address you provide.
3. Complete the easy-to-use saliva collection at home
Follow the easy to use instructions. Provide a saliva sample in the collection unit and close the top. All the DNA we need is in the saliva!
4. Send the kit back to our lab in the pre-paid mailer
The kit includes an addressed pre-paid envelope. Use the envelope to mail the sample to the lab. Just drop the envelope in the nearest mailbox!
5. Confidential DNA sample is processed for CCR5 Delta 32 and CCR2-64I genotype.
The laboratory will not know whose saliva is in the collection unit! The results are tracked by the unique kit ID. Please keep your kit ID in a secure place. You will need the kit ID to get your results!
6. The DNA is tested twice for accuracy of your results
We test twice to ensure accurate results.
7. We notify you by e-mail when your results are ready
When your results are ready, your unique kit ID and temporary password will be generated and sent to the email address you provided. This kit ID and password will be used to securely retrieve your results.
8. You log onto HIVmirror.com for further education and results
On the Home page, click the “ARE YOU HERE TO CHECK YOUR RESULTS?” link. Log in using your kit ID and password. A printable report containing your test results and additional educational material will be provided. A printable report for your doctor is also provided. Click Here to Login
9. Free counseling is available upon request.
